Ryan Czaja - Scout/Recruiter
Ryan began playing hockey at the age of three in northern Wisconsin. He played AA, AAA and four years of varsity hockey in high school. Following a short career at the junior level, Ryan was recruited to play at the University of Wisconsin before concussions ended his playing days. He most recently served as a bench coach for the Junior Wolfpack elite program. He is excited to help build this new program at Norwich Hockey Club. Ryan is a veteran teacher at Norwich Free Academy. As a former head volleyball coach, he knows how to blend campus life and sports with student athletes, which is another valuable trait for his role at NHC. Ryan is also a USA Hockey and Safe Sport certified coach.

Karleen will provide ongoing support to players and their family throughout each player’s stay. Additionally, she will provide regular check-ins both via phone and in person. Karleen has worked for main international homestay organizations in Connecticut for more than 10 years. She and her husband have hosted nearly 20 international students from Spain, France and China.
Wayne Sheehan - General Manager/Head Coach
Cam Stoddard - Director of Hockey Operations
Cam’s primary responsibility is to oversee the coaching staff, manage coaching education requirements and build and maintain relationships with USA Hockey and the Connecticut Hockey Conference. While serving in this role with the Norwich Hockey Club, he will also continue his work as the Head Coach for the University of New Hampshire's ACHA Division II Men's Hockey Team. Cam led UNH to the National Championship Tournament in his first season and was an overtime goal away from advancing to Nationals his second season. Cam brings tremendous administrative experience to Norwich Hockey Club. Cam grew up playing for New Hampshire East Youth Hockey under the direction of his uncle, legendary New Hampshire youth hockey administrator Paul Comeau. After Paul passed away, the hockey administration "mantle" for New Hampshire East was passed to Cam, who also serves as the Safe Sport Coordinator for New Hampshire and is active at the Board Level for New Hampshire and the New England District. Cam is a USA Hockey Level 5/Master Coach, and he holds an MBA in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
